It is hard to believe where the time has gone, but way back in 2004 saw the beginning of EvolvIT and a new way of supporting small and medium sized business IT requirements. In the early 2000’s it was unusual for a single IT company to be able to support, develop and connect business IT systems. EvolvIT filled this gap and also began partnering with other trusted suppliers to supply everything from Office Furniture to Multifunction Printers.

Our ethos of great service and going above and beyond has meant clients have stayed with us through thick and thin. IT is a tough industry, with business dependency on IT so high now that you need an IT partner you can rely on to fix things promptly if they do go wrong. This is a large part of the reason we have clients that have been with us and are still with us throughout our 20 years of business.

EvolvIT is now a leading MSP (Managed Service Provider) in the South West, well respected by competitors, suppliers and clients alike. We have engineers spread across the M4/M5 corridors giving us fast access to client sites if an urgent request comes in. With our contracts being fixed cost our clients know they are getting first class service with no surprise bills at the end of each month.

Looking forward we are going to continue to invest heavily in our Team – training and recruiting staff who are dedicated to the roles and relationships we have with our clients. Our online presence is going to continue to grow, with hosted servers, remote desktop solutions and cloud backups being incredibly important as businesses move to more flexible working. Our third-party partners are still a huge part of the service we deliver. Being able to recommend providers to offer additional services, safe in the knowledge that they also believe in great quality at affordable prices, is crucial.

Finally a massive thank you to everyone who has helped us on this journey, another 20 years anyone?
