With only a couple working days left of this year, I wanted to send you and your team a festive season greeting and hope that you all have a much deserved break. I know IT support can sometimes be a thankless task, and that we can sometimes be a pain in the proverbial, but I wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of your team for all the support and patience you have provided the team in 2023. It has been a long and busy year, but a positive one overall. We could not have done it without the technical support and guidance you all provide. So thank you, and Merry Christmas to all.

EvolvIT have been good through lockdown, and been contactable on the phone and email, and the same when coming back to the office. We have had a couple of snags but these are resolved in the main and quite quickly.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I have been contacting local IT companies this week for some advice, Evolvit were the most professional response, and when I had a call back from Dave I can't fault the advice and help he gave me. He was open and honest about what the company had to offer, and even though at the moment for what I am looking for we aren't the perfect match, he still let me know why, gave me other things to go and look at that he thinks will help and pointed me in the direction I need to go next - all with knowing that he wouldn't be getting any business from me. One thing is for sure if my IT needs change in the future I absolutely won't be looking to go anywhere else.

I wanted to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the service you have provided. Since I joined the firm a little over 3 years ago, we have always had a difficult and unsatisfactory relationship with IT both as an internal department and coupled with external consultants. Non-delivery, unreliability, inconsistency and high cost were always issues we were encountering. The executive team were dubious about going the outsourced route because of this, as they thought that if that is what we got from having full time people on site, we could only imagine the trouble we would have with remote support. The EvolvIT team could not have put those concerns to rest in a more efficient, friendly or convenient manner. Over the last year I have had constant compliments about how easy and quick it is to work with your team, and how efficient the solution generally is. Thank you for your service, for your patience and for your proactive approach to finding solutions and following up on matters. I know your team consists of many more people than this, but I must give a specific shout out to Phil, David S, Tom and Thom, who have been the guy’s I’ve worked with most over the year. They are truly and asset to the team and have been great to work with. From general desk top support, to navigating our other difficult, to migrating our blackwood office network… nothing has stood in the way of great service from EvolvIT. For the first time, I’m quite confident to send speculative enquiries from service providers away without considering their proposals as I’m that happy with the service we get from you.

I just wanted to pass on some feedback for Thom and his dedication to helping us restore our SQL server over the weekend which was suffering from a corrupt database and BSOD... It ended up requiring a restore from our veeam backups (which Thom also recommended we use) and the entire process despite being v. stressful was handled with his usual perseverance and calm demeanour. I simply couldn’t have done it without him and his replies to my texts late into the night on both Friday and Saturday night were very, very much appreciated.
